Wellth Property Developments has a small core team, supported by a wide network of partners and tradespeople, so we can bring in the right people for every job.
Several of our team started as contractors for WELL+H Limited and have worked together for several years, including through the Coronavirus pandemic, which was especially hard on the building trade. Whilst a difficult time for many families, this had the benefit of helping us to form some really close bonds within the team - creating our own, unique 'family'. When Prithvi (Owner and Director) recognised the value of the relationships he'd made and the potential for the future, Wellth Property Developments was born.
Over time our extended family (or network) has grown, as has our knowledge of local contractors and specialists across a variety of trades. So whether you need a bathroom in a blink or want to go from brick to business, by converting a dilapidated property into an HMO, we know the right people to help.

We believe that everyone deserves to get the support they need to reach their full potential. That's why the core principles of our ethos at Wellth Property Developments include upward social mobility and education.
As a company we play an active role in looking after the health and wellbeing of our staff and partners. We provide a 24/7 telephone line for all their health needs, invest in their education and training, and help them to get on the property ladder if they need it. By doing so, we invest in their long term future, wealth and happiness.
Not only does this enhance the feeling of family within the team, it also means that each and every member of our team has a vested interest in making the company a success; delivering the highest quality workmanship on every job.
Prithvi's property journey began in April 2018 when he was working long hours as a consultant paediatric gastroenterologist at Sheffield Children’s Hospital. Prithvi was looking for an investment that would create a steady revenue stream, allowing him to cut back his hours and spend more time with his family.
After considering a number of investment models, he decided that only property would deliver sufficient and sustainable returns in the long-term. As a full time consultant in the NHS Prithvi was already in the highest possible tax bracket, so he set up a limited company. Thus, the WELL+H brand was born.
Prithvi quickly realised he would need his own power team so he employed the services of several professionals, including an accountant, a specialist mortgage broker and a solicitor before taking the first step. He then built relationships with local selling and letting agents, as well as finding good local tradesmen for each type of work – building, plastering, electrical, plumbing and handyman services.
In just 12 months Prithvi managed to build up a portfolio of eight investment properties, with two more in progress. You can read more about Prithvi's journey in issue 20 of Property Hub magazine, pages 22-25.
Since then WELL+H Limited has gone from strength to strength, with a growing portfolio of properties to let; from HMOs for students and contractors, to family homes for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs) and even a number of holiday lets. Prithvi also continues to support would-be property investors and help them on their journey.
Over time, the relationships Prithvi developed with other professionals and tradespeople led him to create Wellth Property developments – a new arm of the business, allowing him to share his practical expertise in luxury property refurbishment, as well as his experience of property investment.
Grant joined the business in 2021 and is the Operations Manager for WELL+H Limited and a Co-Director for Wellth Property Developments.
Grant moved to Sheffield about three years ago from London. Before that he and his family lived in Cape Town, South Africa. Grant originally worked in the Health Club Industry, working as a General Manager for Fitness First gyms. He then moved from managing gyms to managing office buildings, including office lettings. During his time managing gyms and office buildings he learnt a lot about managing large teams of staff and how to always provide fantastic customer service.
About a year after moving to Sheffield, Grant responded to Prithvi's job advertisement for someone to help manage his growing portfolio of houses and HMO's. He quickly bought into the WELL+H vision and started working for the company.
Grant has learned so much about the property industry in a short time and he is always learning and growing his knowledge. He has now completed several successful house refurbishments where he has been in charge and is helping to manage some of the day to day running of the business for Wellth Property Developments.
Grant himself states: “I enjoy working for Prithvi and Wellth Property Developments and I am very proud of what we have achieved. Our company is growing and I am excited to be part of it!”
Florin first started working with us in 2019. When Prithvi first met him he spoke little English but he very much had a can-do attitude. It was a terrible time for the property industry as the Covid pandemic hit at the end of that year and Prithvi was right in the middle of refurbishing a house. To complicate matters further, this particular project was on bridging finance with a very high interest rate per month so completing on time was of the essence.
There were no other builders available at the time due to lockdown. The house was empty but the government rules did permit for one person to stay within the household.
Florin very kindly agreed to stay within the house itself, and like a one-man army was able to complete the entire refurbishment project, which included going ‘back to brick’ — lots of plaster boarding, plastering, painting, redoing the floorboards and installing the kitchen. He was able to do all of this within the space of three months. Prithvi and Florin built a strong bond over the time.
As part of recognising this effort and as part of our ethos of upward social mobility we were able to subsequently buy an auction property for him.
It was rented out to Florin and his family. Florin is now on a rent to buy contract and this special contract allows him to almost own the house from the first day that he rents. He just has to pay a top up amount to his rent and in 2-3 years he will accumulate enough deposit to get his mortgage and own the property.
By doing this he is now going to become a home owner of the very property that he is currently renting. He has also added value to the property and so in a couple of years’ time he will be able to release the equity gain (induced by value addition). This additional cash injection and going on the property ladder will help support him and his family.
Florin has since then done multiple projects with us, and has been vital to the success of Wellth Property Developments.
Mel is nearly 80 years old and has been with us since 2018. He is the first builder we ever worked with, when he singlehandedly helped us convert an auction refurbishment project.
He’s an experienced builder, now retired on a pension. Although he now only turns up to work for banter, he’s an invaluable member of the team with a rare can-do attitude and energy that spurs us on.
He also guides the rest of us on what strategies might work during trouble shooting points of a development project. His advice and guidance has been extremely valuable on a couple of tricky projects.
His USP: he has a lot of stories to share with us from his younger days.
Mel refuses to let his age or health issues stand in his way and still believes in laughter being the best medicine, as he turns up earlier than everyone else and ensures that there is at least one big laugh every day.
