Wellth Property Developments was started by Dr Prithvi Rao, as a spin off from parent company WELL+H Limited. Prithvi describes the journey so far:
"WELL+H Limited started out as a property investment company – a way of securing my family’s financial future. As a busy medical consultant I wanted an investment that would create a steady revenue stream, allowing me to cut back my hours and spend more time with my family. I researched and considered a number of investment models, but decided that only property would deliver sufficient and sustainable returns in the long-term.
In the course of my property development journey, I formed a number of great relationships with people across a range of trades, from project management to bricklaying. From these friendships, further development opportunities emerged. And so, Wellth Property Developments was born – a new sister company entirely focused on providing luxury property refurbishment, sharing our passion and expertise.
