The aim of this project was to install a new loft ensuite bathroom in a mid terrace property within just one week. With an impressive amount of plumbing, plastering and redecorating, we’re wondering if this is some kind of record?!
In addition to the new bathroom, we extended the loft room into the eaves to make a larger, more spacious third bedroom.
The property is now rented as temporary accommodation for local contractors, bringing in a rental income of around £100 per night.
