Wellth Property Developments is an eco-conscious property investment and development company – committed to energy performance improvement and waste reduction.
We’re also committed to continuous development – lifelong learning, performance improvement and knowledge sharing. Because we’re constantly striving to improve upon our best, you can always be sure that our work on your luxury property refurbishment project is the finest we have to offer.
As a company, our ethos is focussed around five main principles:
We ensure high standards of finish for our customers and strive very hard to achieve this in every project, irrespective of whether it’s for one of our joint venture investment partners or the customers (tenants) who reside in the refurbished properties.
We believe the quality of our workmanship and presentation of finished properties speaks for itself. Take a look at some of our completed projects for examples of our work.
We are an eco-conscious property investment and development company that strongly believes in making our planet greener.
Each and every one of our tradesmen/ employees works hard towards landfill reduction by reducing building material wastage, recycling or repurposing materials and minimising skip usage. For example, using repurposed defunct instruments for light fixtures and wall art in our ‘Never miss a beat’ project.
Even if items can be easily purchased first hand we make the effort to procure second hand items on sites such as Freegle , Gumtree, eBay and Facebook Marketplace wherever possible, as a form of ensuring local micro economies work and landfill and wastage is reduced, for example, purchasing a second hand kitchen on eBay for ‘The fruits of our labour’ project.
We are aware that one sixth of all the UK’s carbon emissions come from energy inefficient homes. We thus work hard to ensure we improve the EPC ratings of every property that we refurbish and aim for a minimum EPC C rating and in most cases, even better at EPC A or B.
An example would be our ‘Brick to business’ project, which was originally deemed uninhabitable due to structural issues, with an EPC E rating. Using our ‘back to brick’ model we put in a new roof, full rewire, new boiler, bathroom and kitchen, and rendered the back wall, successfully achieving an EPC B rating on completion.
The ethos of: “Lay every brick carefully to make a strong foundation” is a principle that we apply not only to property, but also in the business.
We continue to nurture the relationship we have with each and every one of our partners and employees. Their healthcare and financial needs are priorities for us too. Most of them get interest free loans or are our tenants, with rent to buy contracts, so that they will eventually own the house they are renting from us. This security helps them to understand that we are partnering with them for the long term, care about their wellbeing and want to foster meaningful long lasting and trusting relationships.
All of our partners and employees are highly motivated and demonstrate a can-do attitude. They are willing to go out of their way to ensure that projects are delivered on time and foster a sense of project ownership. The idea being that together we can improve everyone’s collective financial health.
We also provide a 24/7 telephone line for all their healthcare needs.
The team are always willing to accept that we don’t know everything about everything and we are willing to learn and adapt. Any new knowledge gained on a project is shared across the team. We then endeavour to share this with our wider property network of over 150 members via monthly webinars.
This means we are constantly learning and teaching at the same time.
We also take the opportunity to present at local property events, so that others can benefit from our knowledge and experience.
