This project, in the Crookesmoor area of Sheffield, started out as a three bedroom, one bathroom, terraced house that was deemed uninhabitable due to some severe structural issues. When we first purchased the property it was EPC rating E, the kitchen ceiling was caving in and there were problems with both the roof and external render.
Using our 'back to brick' model, we undertook some extensive renovations, including a new roof, full rewire and structural work to repair the kitchen ceiling, including new steel beams. We then replastered and refurbished the entire property, all within a record nine weeks.

The property is now a beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom contractor/holiday let, generating an estimated income of £1,200 per month, in addition to providing over £30,000 in capital return on investment. The works also had the added benefit of improving the EPC rating from E to C.
