Our ‘Back to brick’ service is for those properties that need total transformation – perhaps an older property that is yet to be modernised, or one that has fallen into disrepair and needs extensive structural work, such as reinforced flooring, new steel beams, or raising a roof for a loft conversion.
We have experience of both gutting houses in preparation for works and remodelling houses with new layouts, either by adding new spaces (such as extensions and loft conversions) or by dividing up existing ones (e.g. with a stud wall to create a smaller bedroom and ensuite bathroom).
