This transformational project involved the conversion of a five bedroom, two bathroom property into a six bedroom, five bathroom property with full HMO license in just 4 months, using our 'back to brick' model. We certainly proved ourselves as expert bathroom fitters in Sheffield with the number of new suites in this project!
The full list of works included:
- Roof repairs
- Rendering the outside of the property
- Back to brick, rewiring and replastering in some areas
- New damp proofing course
- New boiler and gas line
- New external doors and some windows
- 3 additional ensuite bathrooms added, plus new suites for 2 existing bathrooms
- New internal fire doors with self closing mechanisms
- New kitchen, including appliances (oven, hob, extractor, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier)
We then fully redecorated the property, with a different fruit-based theme for each bedroom. The property is now on the market for student let from September 2023, with an anticipated rental income of around £3,000 pcm.
