This unique house, located close to the University of Sheffield and Royal Hallamshire Hospital, was crying out for some TLC.
Starting out as a four bedroom, one bathroom house, its central location and classic stone front made this property ideal for luxury refurbishment.
Spread across four floors, we chose a funky music theme to add some much needed colour and character, including bedrooms inspired by bands and artists originating from the local area of Sheffield (Arctic Monkeys and Pulp).
We also used recycled, repurposed instruments as furniture, light fittings and decorative features.

- Cellar conversion (Sheffield planning permission needed) including new steel beam to support basement ceiling
- Removed old spiral staircase down to basement kitchen and replaced with new stairs

- Full resplastering and redecoration throughout
- External landscaping works to create split level outdoor area, including decking, built in seating and astroturf
The property is now a beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom contractor/holiday let, generating an estimated income of £3,000 per month.
